Some funny things happened to me in the last week.

1) Last Saturday I pulled into a gas station. Both pumps were open on one side of the station, so I was going to do the normal thing and pull up to the front one. I was about lined up with the back pump when a guy in a white Dodge Intrepid pulled up ahead of the first pump and started to back in. Upon seeing this, I immediately stopped pulling into the front pump and waited to see if he was just turning around of if he was going to be an ass and pull into the front pump in front of me. Turns out the guy didn’t see me at all and backed into the front of my car pretty hard.

I’m stunned, to say the least. So, I get out of my car to inspect the damage and pump my gas. I calmly open my door and start to walk towards the front of my car. Then I politely asked the guy, “Are you a Fu**ing reatrd?!” Needless to say there were a couple more choice words flung between us, but I didn’t punch the guy in the throat because there was virtually no damage done to my car.

I pumped my gas and left.

2) This last week, I was taking a class in Waikiki and wanted to ride my bike down to the hotel. I went downstairs to the area where all the bikes at my building are parked. I expected to see my bike there, but I found only parts of my bike. Apparently somebody decided to steal my front wheel, front fork, handles bars, and all the brake lines. Now all I have left is the frame, pedals, and the rear tire. Now I have a pretty sweet unicycle.

3) As if my week wasn’t going well enough, I was stopped at a red light on the way to work. I had been sitting there for a couple minutes when I felt a nice little jolt from behind. Turns out the guy in the chester molester van behind me let his foot slip off the brake and bumped me. Again there was no damage, but I’m pretty sure people in Hawaii can’t drive.
